hi
some days ago iuse my device its working. after flashing closed properly.but today when i open the software its says protection card error i try with box change but no use . plz any vygis team any solution of this problem

i also use the method which you segest the z versus but no use . plz help me .any other method to solve this problem .

i can only suggest

1. try other smart card reader
2. restart smart card service from control panel->administrative tools->services
3. run as administrator,if you are on windows vista or 7

not brother you connect other boxes disconnect all box and connect only vygis box and post your result
