wtf, i buyed a new vygis box, for my second service and my resseler sayd that gpg sayd vygis is offline and ca't reach him more than 1 week. I mail to vygis, i sent pm here, and no words.. is annoyng to buy a box and can't use-it.. What is the procedure?

anny supporter? anny advice? keep the box or return to reseler?

after this long wait for a reg file, mail to reseller, call resller, mail to suporter, mail to mr vigys, pm to mr vigys..call again reseller, write here in the "support" section and no sound.. fell like talk in the bucket.. shame.. lost money and time....shame to all for selling no suport boxes. The software is the best on the market after my opinion bus support is awful..
