May be it is stupid question, but I have got ancient VYGIS with sc dongle. For me it is wonderful instrument.
Question is: In first time to me come LG KE970 I don't used LGI section never before. Software work, I can open it but can't see phone. Can't connect it to software. I use computer COM port with self made cable from original phone USB. I check the cable many time, and I am sure it is right, but not sure it is right way. May be I need toolbox, not only SC dongle?

Any help is welcome. 10X in adwance!

yes it is 100% cable problem.try to ues with box cable wich come with box.kg800 cable

I don't have a box

I have got SC (USB), and LPT dongles, and COM, and USB cables. May I use those COM cable - not my USB-COM ?

Sure you can,you can use also any other box like interface to phone-you even can use UFS with it's cable-LGI software allow this.
