smartcard error - GSM-Forum

My smartcard not open software now more.Wen I conect sc to another pc, pc detekt shlumbergcard & install it.Wen I try open sw , have msg- smartcard error.

,,Protection card is error,,. I tryed with any reg files, reinstaled drivers, tryed another Pc -steel same error.Resseler say, that on her Pc all ok. I need help very.
