TE 365 cannot connect in USB mode - GSM-Forum

When it says connect the phone without battery, the phone goes on and off.

I have installed

LGUSBMOdemDriver_WHQL_ML_Ver_4.7.exe
LG INFINEON_AGR_Last
INFINEON_USB_DRIVER

I have also read Help_ENG. Please advise how I may solve

For what drivers asks Windows when you connect phone to USB cable? What is phone state-it is normal working phone or has problems?

Try to connect phone with battery first and let install the drivers.

Tried a different USB code and it worked
