uni tool box

Hi all,

a week ago i got my uni tool box.
after many problems with install the box now it seems working.
i use windows 7 32 bit, vygis shell and like i told, the vygis uni tool box.
the program vygis shell opnes without problems, i cna enter the support area without problems, but when i connect a phone, i try it the whole time with a LG GM360I, than the program doesn´t see the phone.
it doesn´t give me a error, nothing at all, everything seems working good, just when i disconect i get a message what says, phone not found.

i tried so many things to get this box working but i don´t know anymore where i have to look for a solucion.
i download all drivers from the vygis support site, si i have the newest drivers, the regfile is where it has to be.

and i see when i am looking in google that i am not the only one with this problem, just after when they fixed the problem they don´t put the solucion for other people.

please if somebody knows how to fix this problem, help me with this please.

now i have it till it says:
bootloader will starts
this after when i select, connect phone
so it seems that now yes the program regonize the telephone, but after the message bootloader will starts nothing happens
