please help when i connecte lg kp501 port is connected phone connected but after this i have PHONE NOT REPOND what is the problem

choose usb connection after that choose uniusb box by unlockers and connect port and connect phone with out battery .

Try to use another rj45 KE500 cable and try if battery is at least 50% charged.
