Same problem, Can't load Main Loader.... When put phone in emergency mode, all operation are in gray when using LGQ-49sc. But when using LGQ-35sc only Repair Security is available. please help, i am trying to unlock cu920.

use usb cable, phone must be powered off, open VYGIS software select model, plug in cable when phone power on press connect (the two of them) phone read then you press unlock button.

Bro, i have try all of that but still error. When using latest version (can't send main loader). But when used old version (cant load preloader). Try with cu515 same error. I am thinking this box may have a fault, my brother bouth it USED from someone and never unlock a phone with it using usb cable..

This box can unlock with rj45 cable but with usb cable only read info and do factory setting... Why mr vygism can't advise?

you try to unlock ur phone by the codes its safe than other methods.
