We have seen some people having problems with the drivers in using the new hardware box in WinXP (the black one like for Vpower).

Thanks to mr Vygis we have now new drivers tested and working well on all platforms.

Please be aware and use this from now one for the small Vpower and VygisToolbox hardware:

i solved that one ages ago mate

i just used the reprogrammer from my vygisbox to reprogramme it to a uni box and installed unibox drivers !
Worked like a charm

I just bought vygis now am having a big problem, doesn't matter what drivers i install i just get error masage

Thats a Error massage i get: Open_USB_Device_By_Device_Descripton - Not Found

I've tried the drivers from support site as well as the one just posted above.
I have few KG800 to unlock, and box is not working.

Edit
I could not install drivers you just posted, only drivers works they looks old one (Vygisdriver_modified)
Then i get above error massage

This days we will release new updates where this problem is solved.
Mr Vygis is allmost ready with them.

1 - What box are you using ? How does it looks like? (old big blue one or the red one or latest small black one)

2 - Before installing the new drivers - FIRST GO IN CONTROL PANEL -> ADD/REMOVE SOFTWARE and uninstall the old VygisUSB232 ... drivers FIRST.
Then only install the new drivers.

However - from your error message seems you have a driver installing problem related to your Windows OS, and not having anything to do with the new drivers special for the small black box hardware that are presented in this thread.

Its a red one last night i mange to made it work with cable drivers downloaded from support, its all working now.

I fear that if i plug in to diffrent usb port i may have a same problem again.
Drivers i mange to install to make the box working they were kept failing to install before.

Any way all sourted cheers for your quick responce.

I have onother problem :

I have sam problem but i have convert V-power box vith Vygistool and have an USB-Unibox that work perfect but all leds are working and now when i need to convert it back (when i instal PID driver for Vygis box /red/) i cant,error.Witn vygis box /red/ i can conver it like a Vygis or like a Unibox.I can`t install this new driver beacuse i am in Unibox-state of box,is there any chance to get an modifide PID driver for V-power box (black one) to convert it back ?

I know about this situation, and when i will have some spare time will try to help you, buy finding a solution by that software or mprog to program it back.
It should be possible, i only need some time for testings.

Untill then , use it as Unibox - it will work 100%

im a bit confused on this.... do you mean that this new box can be used just like a serial port? & can be use also to other software besides vygis that uses serial comm?

yeah, this new small black box is detected on my pc as "usb serial port(COM5), very nice....

last question, will this also work like a direct usb connection???
for example, i have a gx15/25 unit that i will unlock, instead of using n800 usb cable, i'll just use my unibox gx30 cable (rj45) connected on this new box??
