Hello, REN77!

Vygis Box Drivers and installation

I installed the new driver, but does not work, the Phone turns on when you start the boot!

I checked the voltage communication RX, TX and found that the voltage level of the RX pin 3 is very low = 0,2VDC. And I did some tests on other adapters prolific, only works when the voltage level is normal (rx, tx = 3.2 VDC).

I could only successfully using the adapter old (fight prolific cable-ic)
RX, TX = 3.2VDC.

I think a update firmware (vygis prolific) can solve the Problem.

Hi,

As what have we talked on msn, you told that it works on other models but only that cable (KE550) has problems in booting / connecting to phones . So we advised to check this cable for possible solution.

These models use two different cables:

************************KE500,ME550 pinout for flashing***************************

keyboard up

18.............1

17 - RX (data to phone)
16 - TX (data from phone)
1,4,14,18 - GND

For working with service functions -Read IMEI,Write IMEI, Phone Reset - use
KG800 cable.

****************MG160,KG270,KG370,KG320,KG800 pinout******************************

keyboard up

18.............1

7 - RX (data to phone)
6 - TX (data from phone)
1,4,14,18 - GND

Please check and post results.

My GB220 (KE500 cable) also turn ON when start the boot then phone not respond....
