Vygis driver problem... - GSM-Forum

I have a vpower and it works perfectly on my computer just bought a vygis have the regs everything is ok, except for um little detail, it does no find proper driver and stay like this on the driver management USB <>serial....

my drivers work perfectly with vpower box, and i changed computer 3 i tryed
and all give same error, is this new driver for vygis????

Seems your last box that you have got was wrongly programmed as Universal Box and not as Vygis-USBBox.
The difference is the content of the ftdi-eeprom.
If you know how to do -- read out the eeprom from your VPower and write it to the Vygis-box, by MProg software ot by physical programming the eeprom.
If not, then send the USB-SERIAL ... box to your reseller for repair or replacement.

It turned alright, I did was use cruiser fighter cable drivers and emulated a port comunication and its working properly...
Thanks anyway... but i guess no need to return to reseller his is to far away and it is working like this.. problem solved.

It is not the most "orthodox" method, that you used, but so far it is working -- > then it is ok.
