Vygis not reading IMEI after OS install.

Hi all.

After computer issues we had to reinstall the OS and all the other unlock boxes...

Now, after reinstalling Vygis, the program turns on fine, but Vygis cannot read any IMEIs.

For example.

Connect phone to cable-phone must be ON, if phone can't be powered connect it OFF and press Power ON and keep it pressed until bootloader will
start ... OK

Loading primary loader ... OK
Loading secondary loader ... OK
Changing baudrate ... OK
Setting bus ... OK
Loading certificate ... OK

Reading phone info ... OK

But the INFORMATION DISPLAY shows:

Phone type : LG-GB250g
Phone IMEI :

Note that the IMEI is not read.

After pressing the "READ SIM UNLOCK CODE", we get:

Any suggestions?
