Vygis show ufs sarasS0ft driver Help please [SOLVED / CLOSED] - GSM-Forum

Someone help why my vygis show ufs sarasoft instead of vygis usb in device manager and when i press conect port says "can not get UFS boot ACK" i install many ways with different drivers and same problem pleasse help

remove this drivers UFS and install right drivers Vygis box .. all in the support brother .. / if you have any issue kindly post here screenshoot of DEVICE Manager to help you as we can

Thanks for answering i have installed these drivers before i have installed like all kind of drivers but i dont know why sarassoft this is the screen shot of the error if you can helpme

i try this solution and dont detect any box i install in diferent pc and dont recognise any drivers from vygis only ufs sarassoft but if install ufs drivers then send the error i post in pictures why sarassoft in vygis please help i have 3 weeks reading and intalling diferent ways somebody help

Reason for this is that you reprogrammed box eeprom-I mean you wrote to box Sarasbox VID and PID.Simplest way is to return box to reseller,other way is to search on this forum for thread where one guy was offering eeproms collection and reprogramm eeprom back to VygisToolbox -i just now not remember exactly thread title

no i did not reprogram is the way it came. it did this from the begining when i install firt time asked for sarasoft drivers the problem is im in mexico and the reseler in china and is 45 usd each way. but tanks for the answer and i think you are right looks like i have to reprogram if you remember or somebody know how to reprogram i will apreciated bacause when i try the metod for reprograming it gieves me an error like it did not find the box or someting like that please any help will be very usefull
