Vygis Tool Box Driver Installation problem

Hi,

I bought Vygis Tool box yesterday and sent ID to retailer for actvation.
While I downloaded the drivers from www.support.vygis.net . Installed "Vygis Dongle Drivers Win XP.exe" but still not able to install vygis tool box as it asked for the driver when I connect the box. and I browse it to "C:\Program Files\VygisTools Drivers for Win XP\E-gate Drivers" it still not picking up and driver remains uninstall.
There is another folder named "USB cable drivers". I tried that but it gives the error
"Error, file not found
C:\WINDOWS\system32\VSD2XXUN.INI
Press Finish to exit."

Is that something with the activation as it is still not activated?
If there is any manual with all these details plz send me that.

Thanks for help.

Vygis tool box is connected.

But still I m unable to connect phones through USB - RS232 by Vygisoft.
As option is not available in the comport list.
where it is available but still got problem while connecting.

Go to :
http://support.vygis.net and download "USB cable drivers".Use "VPower box drivers for Win XP".Uninstall previous drivers using VSD2XXUn.exe.

One more thing-"USB to RS232 by Vygisoft" you won't find in "Ports"-as it is USB device,you need to look for it in "USB".Anyway mentioned above drivers allow at same time to have USB port and Virtual COM Port-you can select one of them when connecting phone-btw,Virtual Port is even a little faster than "USB to RS232 by Vygisoft".Number of Virtual Port you can find in "Device Manager"-"Ports"-"USB serial port by Vygisoft".At software select this port number and connect phone using this port.

I m unable to use "VSD2XXUn.exe". for uninstalltion of previous drivers as messege appears

"Error, file not found

(Checked with an other PC and got same messege)

I unistalled two drivers manually from Device manager related to Vygis.
1 e-gate USB smart card
2 Vygis tool box (com)


Than I tried drivers for "VPower box drivers for Win XP" but it still unable to pickup driver and following messege appears (see attachment).
Therefore I've to directed it from "Vygis prolific drivers" (given by the retailer).

I m still unble to connect phone through RJ45.

Type the path where the file is located and press OK"
