Vygis won't find U830 - GSM-Forum

I tried unlocking U830 and got nearly to the end and failed. All I get is the 'LG' symbol and phone is no longer detected.

I think the problem happened when the message appeared towards the end of the flashing process: If phone doesn't reboot, press and hold the ON button. I had to go off and serve someone and when I came back I tried holding the ON button down but nothing happened. Please can someone suggest a few things I can try?

I would like to try re-flashing the phone but cannot get it to connect.

Re U830:

I discovered that the charger block was faulty but cannot find anyone selling new one. Can you suggest somewhere I can try?

I bought a second-hand U830 to replace my customer's phone and successfully unlocked it with flash file. Problem is when I make a test call there is interference through the earpiece, just like interference on a radio when mobile phone is too close.

I tried second unlock but still the same.

Any suggestions?

I would say,that still is something wrong with hardware,as U830 unlocking is tested on very many units.
