I need LG china phone KE998 russian lang ! can you help me?

All phones with 8 at the end are made for China market,so for KE998 Russian not exist,anyway this KE998 seems are same like KE990-try to write to it Russian from KE990.

KE998 must be KE990,I think.Btw-yesterday flashed KE998 flash to KE990 and phone works ok.
