Win7 drivers problem plz help.. Box s/r 00000000 ?

may be the token holder is missing (smart card readers->e-gate smart card) I am on win 8.1

Try to launch the exe in administrator mode (right click then click on "run as administrator")

As far as I know Vygis use only egate drivers, anyways you can try these drivers

you have problem only with this model or with all models? Is not drivers problem. Your Box is new or Old? (Picture)

Don't use Vygis Shell. Open Egold_1_155d.exe

looks like GPG made box from the photo, try to find Win7 drivers for GPG box like NCKbox

When "!" sign appears in device manager - mean the driver is not properly installed.
