As I can see Simply answer is, throw to trash any box that had no support and jump to unlocking team that will give us support for our money. Octopus will do that as well.

After 10 years it's more than fair to ask for a paid update - i think now this is one of the GSM tools that's longest time on market. Setool did charge too, and mostly you have got great value for your money.

Others will make you buy a new box (which means unstable beta software for 1 year minimum, no support for old models, ...) or constantly charge credits for every operation just because they can or force you to pay to even be able to use your solution (like NSpro). He even gives you option to stay with older software.

But in today's "throw away society", it may be more appealing to own the latest gadgets instead to update existing.
