3100 blue screen -can n-box help? - GSM-Forum

a client gave me a 3100-rh19 phone that work ok but screen is blue and u cant see nothing but blue. he said thatthe phone was fell .
i open the phone indide he look like nothin happen i get de screen out and put on- the screen still blue.
my q if u know , is if any flash can help this phone and i like to hear some recommandation

check the pins in both the lcd and the motherboard male and femal, clean them. change the lcd and see.
if still, it had happened to me one time, my phone was missing the cnt flash file, and i had a blue screan, i flashed it and it become ok.
