i have the same problem with my n-box with all these message i want to know this box_auth_error 20

i boughht GTS box and also hwk from ipmart,now i want to upgrade but it shows me "err 09".what is the problem and how can i solve it.log is as follow,
-- Reset Failed, Trying to Repair UFS ...

i have updated my box and hwk successfuly now.
but i also get same box auth err-20 when i trey to connect my box to samsung etc.how can i sort it out and what is the problem's nature?pls help us,i can see this section of the forum is dead quiet,no one is listening our problems!

After update I only get ???????? text on Sams software for N-Box.How can i resolve this problem.Pls anybody
