Hi Update is not successful for me .... What's the server status?

Hi,

I seem to have the same problem as Abdul. It appears the server is working fine.

One problem I have found is that on installation of the Support Suite there is a USB driver installation which fails everytime. Even with the driver signing options in XP switched off the driver still will not install. As such I don't think my PC recognises that the box is connected properly and this is causing the problem with the update client.

Is there a link to some working drivers? And is anybody else having this driver installation issue?
