Member: 313781 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Help me please!!! Everytime, I tried to install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_ v02.02.000, it failed at UFSx driver installer stage as shown on picture  Someone please advise how to fix the above error. Thanks in advance |

What I've done are as follows; (1) Install HWK Support Suite on other PC (Windows7), with successfully install then make a copy of USFx USB driver. (2) Attached the original HWK+Tornado box to my PC (WindowsXP), Device manager has detected them and then manually install USFx USB driver that I've got from (1). (3) Install HWK Support Suite on my PC, with succesfully install. (4) Run Client Update, with successfully processes, look like it's work fine. (5) Install HWK Major Suite setup after that get in trouble again with another problem as shown.  (6) Uninstall HWK softwere and Restore system, turn my PC back to a point before install HWK softwere. (7) Re-proceed (2) to (6), probably 3-4 times and then get into another problem as shown.
