|  I Need Your Help! I think I really need your opinion over this matter: My brother bought UFS Tornado box in GFI-Sales in Hongkong, sometime of December 2006. (GFI-Sales Team is also a member of this forum.) They convinced us that the box is authenticated/original. But, HOW THEY COULDN"T GIVE US AN ACCOUNT FOR THE SUPPORT SITE OF UFS? If they are authorized dealer/reseller...or whatever. It is their responsibility to give us the support...and WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT SUPPORT!    |
