I'm not getting the finish CLIENT UPDATE LOGS because of that are never available.


I need a help on how to solve the fault of my Box + HWK therefore need to update it to install the newest version of BOX 2.0.9.0 and I'm not getting because of the necessary logs. Even when I hope the time required for the manufacturer to release the logs to try the update again, shows the same lack of error logs to update. How do I resolve this error? Or how do I contact the manufacturer to verify the possible fault? For I am not able to contact, because I have no email I can contact the manufacturer.

Always wait for at least 48 hours to connect the box and never again is working to upgrade.

check your firewall and antivirus try disable and try again
