After open DCTxBB5 I click on CONNECT the program display an error message "Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:20" why?

BOX registration details corrupt! Contact reseller and he will genarate correct REQ/FBI files and send you. Good luck.

Look here carefully

Download Ufs tool ( Search in the Forum it exists here)

Connect Box with cable
Run ufs tool
Press Connect
type Original Box Sr#
let 2.6 Firmware
tick all 3 fileds below.
Eeprom
Firmware
93c
Press
Fix and Update.
---------------------
Reconnect Box
Select 2.5 Firmware
Tick only Firmware Box.
Uncheck rest 2 Boxes.
Press Fix and Update.
----------------------
Close Program
Run DCTxBB5
and Upgrade Firmware
Avoid any Warning Message.

I'm using n-box without hwk, first I guest my os was error, after reinstalling all the massage is cannot open AVI, any solutions pls!

For your information inorder to use latest version 2.0.5.0 you need hwk to work on it

I use this software my problem solved and my N-Box now it's working 100%
Follow the step:
1- Extract BoxRepair.rar
2- Open BoxRepair.exe
3- Click connet
4- Click update
5- Close BoxRepair.exe
6- Update your box by using HWK update client

Done

Box Auth...Error 20 can be solve by using BoxRepair program or UFS3Tools...

And if u have HWK chip attached...Next error will be Box Auth...Error 1111

This Error means u have to use Update Client to Update ur HWK Chip via Server...

Problem sometimes after repairing Box Auth...Error 20 no more logs is available for u to Update ur HWK Chip...

Unless u get lucky and ur Update went smoothly...

Question is...How can we get logs for Update if no more update occurs?

And for Win AVI Error this problem occurs if ur using Patched WinXP Pro with Service Pack 3 Update...

Fast Solution for this problem is to Upload Old Shell32.dll to system32 folder...

Solution is posted somewhere in the forum...

Or just re install standard WinXP Pro with Service Pack 2...

i'm using a original nbox and original hwk however every time i install any ufsx suite over version 3 i get the error that this hardware is not supported also i have been trying to update my hwk chip via the update client on my ufxs software and i always get a error returned saying

Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Error: Server returned unrecognized reply

any advice would be most appreciated thanks

check your firewall or internet connection

10054 is problme on firewall which blocked your connection to access to the server

In DCTx&BB5 use nbox have some words in short. You can do clearly its meaning.
It is:

MEL:
CTS:
TFS:
