NBOX usb driver - GSM-Forum

@ SARA SOFT,

i have purchased my NBOX recently and i always getting a problem with the usb driver. after i installed the setup and connect my Nbox getting error saying obsolet usb driver. i tried to install other usb driver .. all installation is accepted but when i run the software buttons are not active please help to resolve myproblem.

when you run the ufs suite 3.04.000 the driver is locate on c

rogramfiles/sarassoft/ufs/usbdirver

get the driver form there

Oooooops!!! U didnt do the right thing by buying this product!! Very bad support!!!

I had the same problem when updated to 3.04, I just went back to 3.00 and it worked just fine.
What could be the problem?

Hi,

I'm also having problem, but I think it's because the latest version of UFS suite, needs HWK.

After I press CONNECT,I get this(without HWK):

Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

You need to have hwk connect inorder to use the 2.04 version
