A767 phone freeze not unlocking - GSM-Forum

Hi ELCO AND SUPPORT TEAM

I HAVE A767 PHONE FREEZE EVERYTIME I TRY WITH RJ45 E210 CABLE with entering the number *#726872# press ok and here is the log

Checking serial communication...
Checking Security...
Operation failed!

Please help me solve this problem bro

By the way get info i do get codes but it shows phone code empty and user code 0000 .. Ntg else

i get same error, plz elco solution i also flash patch file and still phone freeze and always operation failed...

i try on 3 computers, same problems

Select S7220 on nspro then use UNLOCK function.
Fallow the software instructions to puth the phone in qualcomm USB mode.
