Activation Expired althought not yet used! - GSM-Forum

A few months ago, i had bought a Ns-Pro box (Activated) but i'm still not use it. Today, in the fist time using, It have error "Activation Expired"

Please, explain me the reason of this problem!

You didn`t said that is was new

... it must have been used one year prior to expire date.

It's new box...not been used yet!
