hi i buy activation to ns pro in 16.02.11 but today i try to use nspro and i told me that activation is not payed i try to use 6.0.3 6.0.4 6.0.7 always this same

from what reseller did you buy activation?
are you sure the reseller activated your box?
Contact the reseller and ask him to activate your box if you allredy pay him.

Post your card id here then i will check on server database and tell you when and if it was activated.

Your NsPro was NEVER ACTIVATED BY ANY RESELLER
It was first time used on 27.01.2010
So is more than 1 year sience first use. So you need an activation to continue using it.

If you paid for activation on 16.02.2011, then the reseller that you payd to didn't activated your box.

Contact that reseller and ask him to solve the problem (activate your box)

that's the support registration date. The date when you registered to support area. NOT the date when that box was used for the first time.
