I posted this over and over on the forums...

You must fix the Unknown baseband problem first, then you can write IMEI on the phone.

tell me 1 thing Elco if after writing i9100 still showing unknown BB than and after writing giving this error than it should be hardware ?

Yes. If after writing that file to phone still baseband Unknown, then the phone have a hw problem.

my phone have base band imei 0044 but have same error

If the phone is android 4.1.2, select i9100 4.1.2 on nspro and write imei again.
