B2700 unlock!?

I have one pcs of this model. I follow the instructions for unlockin, C450 cable, phone OFF, baterry OFF, chose Read Info/Codes from the program ver. 5.0.5 and all stoped at Entering TAT mode... After that nothing happened. Any suggestion what I should do? I also try with SIM OUT and IN, with battery ON and OFF, with phone turned ON and OFF. I try in a 3 different computers.

Please help with any suggestion.

I saw that this model was also supported in ver. 5.0.4 of NSPRO software. Do you think that I should try this ver.?

Thanks in advance and BR,
dejan

That problem is caused by low power on USB port or driver conflict.
-Make sure that only NsPro box is connected to PC when using NsPro software.
-Use USB cable delivered with nspro box to connect the box to PC (yellow USB cable)
-connect the nspro box on USB port on the back of the desktop PC. That USB posts have more power ( amp) than the front USB ports.

If you fallow all this conditions and still dont work, try this:
Use Get Info function and when the software say "Entering TAT Mode" connect the powered off phone with battery inside to NsPro cable.

Hm...

I tryed what you suggest but stopet at Entering TAT mode.
I also tryed with extra power supplier directly into the phone and it was more than 4,3V.

Is it possibe, that cable cant reach the contact of the phone becouse of its design? I have that filling, that normal data USB cable get more inside than cable from this box. What do you think?

BR,
DEjan

Yes. There may be a cable problem also...
There are many nspro cable supplyers.
Some are making good cables, other are making... not so good cables...

You can try to remove that extra filling from cable then try to unlock it again.

Make sure that you use CORRECT cable.
For B2700 you must use NsPro C450 cable

try this: Click GET INFO then connect the phone with battery to nspro cable.
After operation finishes, click NEXT and you will see the codes.

success

Right after beating my head against the wall and following the instructions to no avail I have now successfully unlocked 2 b2700 on 3.
here is how I did it:

power phone on with battery inserted
select get info
insert cable c450 and power phone off with power button
wait 5 seconds untill the operation finishes
follow instructions to remove code

This has worked for me on 2 seperate handsets I know it is slightly different to what has been said but this has worked for me when the other instructions didn't.
