Blackberry unlocking error - GSM-Forum

pls i am having problem using NSPRO to unlock blackberry. whenever i try to read info i always get this error.

Connect powered on phone to cable...
Error: Unable to open blackberry phone.
Operation failed!

pls any solution? pls i need ur help

turn off memory card , disable security setting , make sure Blackberry OS is higher than 4.2.1.

If you cant disable security, wipe the phone and don't enter new security code, connect to usb and read codes, then you can enter security code.
