c414m unlock problem - GSM-Forum

hi ns team , i am having problem in unlocking samsung c414m. it reads the info but , in the end soft says opreation failed.pls help me is it server based unlocking or stand alone , becoz my activation is expired. i have already unlocked c414y many a times with s7070 cable in nspro.

Is standalone solution. Perform a full reset on the phone using *2767*3855# then try again.

i did excatly the same as u said performing a full reset *2767*3855#, but no success at all.is it cable problem or software bug . pls help me

I am having same problem with C414M from Bell Mobility, Canada

Reset doesn't help, phone is brand new, never used.

hi ns team , after having unlocked many c414y ,now same problem with c414m. it reads the info ,but in the end it gives me error opreation failed. i also performed *2767*3855#. pls help me what is the problem with this particular c414m.set is brand new.

As you can see, NsPro support ONLY C414R at the moment.
C414m (y) is not available in Europe, where i live.
If you can help me to get one C414m in my hands, i will make a solution for it.

Hello,
No matter that model is not supported. Try this.
- Select on NSpro Software model T379.
- Conect phone using cable S7070 without battery.
- Select read codes
- Conect battery and wait until NSpro read codes.

It will solve your problem.
