Cannot Downgrade & Unlock Galaxy S4 (AT&T)(I337)(4.2.2)(UCUAMF3)

I'm stuck with the following:
AT&T Galaxy S4 (I337)
Version: 4.2.2
Build#: JDQ39.I337UCUAMF3

I'm trying to Downgrade & Unlock to UCUAMDB Stock.

If I use NSPRO v6.6.5 to Flash, the following log errors:

Initialising connection...
Checking if protocol is initialised...
Protocol is not initialised.

Stuck on Downloading Mode with Little Blue Bar at the bottom.

Anyone encounter this issue?

Does team NSPRO have any solution for this Firmware?

Any solution for Downgrade? Unlock? IMEI Repair?

Please advise.
Thank you!

no need to downgrade.
Root the phone, then re-write the imei on it using nspro.
After imei write, the phone will be unlocked

I have tested i337 and i337m both were relocked.

No interest to lie. I put my mail on the phone so I did factory reset before giving the phone back and surprise surprise phone was locked, but it doesn't ask for the code. Only that is locked with a picture of a lock

OMG LMAO....By chance does it say custom above or below that lock you are seeing? That does not mean it is locked. That screen with the lock will come up when you turn it on after you root the phone. Did you bother to put a foreign sim in and test it? LMAO that is too funny!!!

From what planet have you come?
You have a good imagination.
I already wrote that the phone was relocked. That lock it was shown with a not USA SIM.
I didn't start to unlock phones yesterday. So please retain your self for further noob comments.
