Can't download 5.5.1 - GSM-Forum

I paid for activation from supplier. Plugged in NsPro 5.2.3 and clicked on support. Clicked on NsPro v5.5.1.exe and nothing happens.

Problem now solved.

It wouldn't download when connect to the three network but downloaded ok when connected to my home network.

I was turning s5230s away, now I can unlock them. What is stupid?
