can't extract new update nspro - GSM-Forum

hI have a strange problem , i'm trying to instoll newer version of nspro I downloaded V 6.1.0 exe but can't get it run as it show us unrecognised file, windows open asking me what program do you want to use to open the file?

any idea how can I resolve it?
