Member: 2189329 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | cant log onto support site i have had the same problem before, i am using a wireless connection but i have 2 routers when you install nspro it locks into the wireless connecion that you are using at that time ,when i changed to the other router i could not connect. try reinstalling. |
