Goes into tat mode but then it says operation failed. Help.

PLZ download and reinstall Nsdongle v3.11.11

Nsdongle v 3.11.11 unlocked samsung E635. 100% sure.. The first three time, it showed operation failed. so i restart the computer. remove the battery. and unlock it again...
