D500 Always NAND FORMAT ERROR! phone hanging at startup! sing 3.9.5 soft ver! - GSM-Forum

I have a D500 phone which is hanging at startup? i tried flashing it thru 3.9.5 and im always getting "NAND ERASE error" can u pls inform what could be tjhe possible soluton for this! i checked the earlier threads on this forum but never got a 100% soluton for this, so please help?

Hallo,
I also have an Samsung D500, and it also hangs at start up, but when i treid to read it info and the phone need to go in tad mode but it starts and in 30sec it will go out of tatmode and it tels me, faild to enter tad mode!! what can be done????
Rey, have you found an solution for this problem yet?
PLease some one help me with this phone

PLZ try to flash the phone using repair mode flashing with Nsdongle v3.9.6 and rebuild IMEI after flash.

i had same problem and fixed it by changing flex..

i had same problem and fixed it by changing flex..

then format nand then flash MCU with D500aid6_dk8_hw26.cla and TFS with D500aid6_dk8_hw26.tfs.problem sorted
