I have a D500. It is unlocked but not able to make out calls. I want to flash it but I see about 40 different flash files to choose from. How do I know which is the correct one to use ?

What is the difference between the different flash files ?

It was originally on Orange U.K.

I have now gotten another D500. I used Agere Attack direct unlock and had the same problem. Is something wrong with the Unlock solution ?.

I have flashed the phone now to the O2 network by writing the BIN and TFS. The problem remains the same. Cannot make out any calls.

Yes, I agree. There a many flashes with no identification for the end user to know what flash file to use. I ask kindly for agere-attack team to make the flash files identification more user friendly, thanks.

Help here please. The phone is on O2 ( client will not be too happy), and the phone is still not working.

What are the purpose of the above files ?. how are they used ?

i too have the same problem with an orange d500 flashed with o2 uk software and not able to make receive calls but texting works fine what to do next and is there orange software available to reflash back as support site seems to be down

1.Site is up and runing.
2.Maybe your phone is blacklisted.

When u flash the phone u must select D500ADDL3_EB3.cla as bin and D500ADDL3_EB3.tfs as TFS and u can flash your phone.

Blacklisting is not implemented as yet in my Country. Is there any unbranded flash file to flash it to ?

hard to interpret file discription. Just see for eg. D500XAEB1.zip,( i just choosed this problem still remain when flashed with it). Which one is a North American Flash ?. Do you know of any working flash which solves this ?

Hard to know which flash to choose

PLZ run all service jobs with NsDongle (except bt id writing) and post result.

NS dongle doesnt have D500 listed. I assume you mean Agere Attack, which doesn't have service jobs options - -unless you mean special functions ?
