D500 "No Sound When Call Is Made????" - GSM-Forum

I have a D500 that has no sound when a called is made, but i can hear all other sounds like Startup sounds, mp3's and ring tones and things like that?

I make a call to my home landline but cannot hear any sound from the D500 phone but the landline phone is ringing ok???

I changed the main board from a phone which is working perfect and then it worked fine and I could hear everything, this means the lcd board and the flexi cable are working 100% and so is mainboard problem but where on the board????

Does anyone know what it could be?

Please Help with maybe pictures of the area of mainboard for me to look at!!!

Try to pick up the rington chips "Y765" and then put it back, maybe this chips bad contact.
