D820 will not unlock with Nsdongle box 3.14 - please help - GSM-Forum

Been trying to unlock a D820 for a customer with Nsdongle Box and software 3.14 but no luck.

I've have been folowing the instructions by elco... I'me reading in this forum thath NSPro unlocks this phone fine...

Will there be an update soon to fix the unlock problem with 3.14? Or are there any other solutions out there?

When i try to unlock, the phone dos not go paste TATmode and the software says operations faild.

Any help are very much appreciated.

did not press at Get info
press at unlock without battery
when say power on mobile attach the battery

Nope did not work... Same problem Operation Failed! And phone stands in TAT mode... Ayn other solution will be greatly appreciated.
