I just purchased the upgrade for NSPRO. I have a I637 and will not unlock it.

Get Info: I637 >> JJRock >> 07/12/2009 08:10:26 a.m.
IMEI: 35780003068301
BT Address: 9F80119807A0
Net Lock:
Subset Lock:
SP Lock:
CP Lock:
Operation failed!

Tried different cables and phone models as well as UNLOCK instead of GET INFO and nothing works. I feel ripped of!!!!

you purchase the upgrade and because you didn't get to unlock one model you feel ripped off.....i think gsm field is the wrong one for you....all the new model add with the update that i test so far work without problem...

Well take i637 of the phone list mate. It´s like buying a car with 3 wheels!!

I´ve been working on this since 2003 so don´t tell me what to do. And next time post a solution or don´t post at all!!!!

perform a full reset on the phone.
type *2767*3855# on the phone and wait for phone to restart.
After the phone restart, try again

nspro is buggy. I had t229, t629, and many old phones always say "Operation failed". I had to use different box and takes less than 10 seconds to unlock them. No need to use *2767*3855 to reset phone, because it's not the phone problem. It's nspro.

in T629 sometimes you have to perform stack reset in order to unlock it, SOMETIMES it has nothing to do with NSPRO but phone instead.

yes nspro cannot unlock t629
I had t229, t629 always say "Operation failed".

I have same problem with a I637 from CLARO, I did eeprom reset, Get info, unlock and always failed at the ends
Maybe this a new security ?

use cable c450 not e210 and your problems are gone tested by me

sr. elco, is too hard, work with npsro , is a good box, but Too many bugs in many models, is the cruel reality...

it tells u which cable to Use
how to connect phone off or On
It tells how process should start how code will be enter ,..
Where the difficultiy is ?

well i has have unlock i637 from telcel mexico without problem

but this is from ATT and can't unlock i do everything eeprom reset, hard reset , try with diferent cables

without succes

always operation failed

any help

Ok, I637 from at&t can be unlocked with nspro, tested, but other operator like claro can't I heard this I637 from Claro use MSL16 ...

maybe that's the problem.
