i have e250 i counect with d 800 cabal with nspro wehen iclick unlock set on off on off not unlock

check that ur phone is e250 or e250d also check ur cable

make sure no battery in too !

Click READ INFO if its not read then select E250D and unlock it.........

write eeprom file then unlock ur handset tested works 100%
