E250 No speaker, no mic, no signal after flash. - GSM-Forum

Managed to get signal after write eeprom, but still speaker and mic don't work.
Now can make calls, but no ring in speaker, no voice both ways.

How to fix it, what flash file it should be written?

you should write flash E250D like this E250DXEGK1.... and all will be ok :

Tried And Tested And Dont Forget To Reset After Flash Works Like A Charm

Check your E250 to find right phone model.
See to board from sim card slot
If it is E250D Flash it with correct file and phone model.

1st:write eeprom.
2nd:repare imei.
3rd:flash the phone with e250dxfgj1
the phone will working,tested by me.

there is a easyer way to find out that e250/ e250d
if pcb colour is green it's e250
if pcb/ motherboard colour blue it's e250d
now do a flash with write model and also write eeprom it will go fine...
