happen for me if eeprom is flashed in repair mode.
( if you do that you have this windows:
1/bin+tfs
2/repair mode ticked
2/choose cla and tfs
after, change mode and put "eeprom" and no bin+tfs anymore
choose your eeprom file
write eeprom
>>>> dfu mode semi conductor pholips bla bla)
pb solved by flash bin+tfs in repair mode and write good eeprom NOT in repair mode: don't forget to rebuild imei

use search in forum.
if you get this message "philips sem.....", try connect phone with battery, or reatach baterry. even you can solve this problem by cable reconnect. so you don`t need any driver.
