the problem can be solved by ustpro if you have it you must flash with e 250DV 27 WITHE EEPROM E250D TESTED AND WORK good luk

Solution was posted over and over on forums:
Flash the phone with CORECT firmware then write CORECT eeprom and write back the original IMEI on the phone.
Of chourse, select CORECT phone model: E250 or E250D
