HELLO ELCO WHY CANT OPEN MY ACTAVATOR?

i see your box is allredy activated. To open NsPro activator, you must have NsPro and NsDongle boxes attached to PC.
You canot open NsPro and NsPro activator in same time.

i have usb smart and i have the samsung activation file
but the box cont activat
