Elco please, C6620 Never ending reading process!!!!

Hi, good morning first.
Wonder if you, or any other member can help me with this.
I have a C6620 piece to unlock.
I connect it succesfully to NSPRO, soft gives me:
"PASSING SECURITY, THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 3HOURS!!!!!

Have tried, several times and no result !!!
I have waited over 5 hours, and it keeps on same mesage.
Dont know if its reading or not, it seems me too long, but maybe its the way it has to be.

Can you please clear me that out????
Thanks so much in advance.
Kind regards.
Eskerra

I just tested the latest version with C6620 and is working fine.
PLZ download and install latest nspro version from www.nsteam.org/download.html then try again.

Dont know where I go wrong.
But tried many more times, always much more over 3 hours, say 5, 6, and result.........Operation failed !!!!

Does it create a COM port????? Has it to be a port under 10??? under 20 ?????
Phone shoul be ON, thats clear, but with SIM inside???? or without SIM????

Will keep on trying, but its costing me, hours, and hours,

Will report if Success.
Thanks and regards.

No way I have SUCCESS with this phone.
Have tried in two laptops, in three differents PC´s, and no result.
I have downloaded NSPRO, directly from NSPRO website, and still the same.

Almost sure now, I´m missing some "needed step", dont know exactly which, but some.
COM port??? SIM ??? any necesary config in phone ????

Dont know how long still can I keep it, before client claims for it back.

Thanks for any help.
Regards.
