ELCO, problem with 3.11 - GSM-Forum

Hi Elco,
My NSDongle worked fine until I updated it with the 3.11.
No matter what phone I try to unlock, I always get the "operation failed" message.
Please help,

What do you mean by "you are usign NSBox ?"
I purchased my from one of their resellers.

he means, what do you have? silver dongle? silver dongle + box ? the box is called nsbox. it makes the operation very easy....

I have same problem, I can not unlocke phone after update, and I have NSB, what is the problem ???
